Shipping Methods and Rates:
- Standard Shipping: Available for most orders. Delivery time typically ranges from 5-7 business days within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping: For quicker delivery, we offer expedited shipping options. Delivery times for expedited orders are usually within 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time but are exploring options for future expansion.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your shipping address. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
Order Processing Time:
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your order is shipped out. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order.
Free Shipping:
- Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50). The threshold for free shipping will be displayed at checkout if applicable.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s status.
- You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once the shipment has been picked up.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only ship to physical addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- Shipping availability and rates may vary depending on your location and the products you order. In the event of shipping restrictions, we will contact you to provide alternative solutions.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Trendbina is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@trendbina.com to correct the details before shipment.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- Trendbina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
- If you experience issues with damaged items upon receiving your order, please reach out to our customer service team at info@trendbina.com for assistance.
Delivery Delays:
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier issues may cause delays in shipping.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors beyond our control.
