At Trendbina, we are committed to delivering your beauty and fragrance products quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy outlines the key details regarding shipping options, delivery times, and what to expect after placing your order.


1. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping
    Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
    Available for most orders at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping
    Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
    For customers who need faster delivery, expedited options are available at an additional cost.

📦 International Shipping:
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working on expanding our shipping services beyond the U.S. in the future.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and shipping location. You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


3. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50 USD). If your order qualifies, this option will be automatically displayed at checkout.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • After your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
  • You can use this link to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.
  • Note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following:

  • We only ship to valid physical addresses in the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
  • Shipping options may vary by product and location.

If there are any shipping limitations, our customer service team will reach out to offer alternative solutions.


6. Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Double-check your shipping address for accuracy at checkout.
  • Trendbina is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@trendbina.com.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is shipped, Trendbina is not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
  • If items arrive damaged, please notify us right away at info@trendbina.com, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

8. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, external factors such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Holiday demand surges

…may lead to occasional shipping delays. Trendbina is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we’re always happy to help if your order is delayed.
