- The item is not a final sale or discounted product, unless stated otherwise
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards and store credit vouchers

3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:

- Get Authorization: Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number with return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the product and ship it to the return address provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same steps as the return process.
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
